This notice describes how the NOT MINE operator (identity pending confirmation) handles pre-order requests.

What you share

We collect your name, email, optional city, pre-order interest and consent. We also record a submission identifier, UTC submission time, consent version, website source and, when present, campaign source, medium and campaign name. Operators may add request status and notes. We do not collect payment information.

Why we keep it

We use these details to manage your pre-order request and contact you about pricing, availability and delivery. Submitting this form does not complete a purchase or collect payment. We’ll confirm the order with you by email. Outreach is manual; this website does not send automatic confirmation emails.

Where it goes

Requests are stored in a private Neon Postgres database, accessible to the owner and authorized operators. Neon processes this data for storage. Vercel hosts the website and processes technical request data. We do not store IP addresses in request records or log form contents.

How long it stays

The proposed retention period is 12 months after the last relevant contact, after which request records will be deleted. The owner must confirm and operate this schedule before launch.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, opt out of future contact, request correction, or ask for deletion. The owner’s contact address is not configured yet; live submissions remain unavailable until it is added.

Cookies and tracking

We do not add marketing trackers, pixels, analytics or nonessential cookies. Local preview submissions are not saved.
